                 MEMBER OF THE MONTH

                         November  2015

                  Sister Symbricke Lindsey

This month, we proudly honor Sister Symbricke Lindsey. She was is the third child born to Freddie and Shella Lindsey, the granddaughter of Mother Tempie Thomas, and the sister of Sister Veronica Lindsey.
Symbricke was reared in Christian Missionary Baptist Church from birth and was Baptized under the pastorage of the late Pastor John Taylor.

Today, she continues to serve faithfully under the leadership of Pastor Robert E. Harper, while ministering in the CMBC Combined Choir, as a Youth Choir Supervisor and serving faithfully as a Youth Ministry Supervisor. In addition to her dedication and work for for the church, Sister Lindsey is currently aiming at more success by taking classes to become a "Surgical Technician" . This is great and will further enhance her career.
As a child, Sister Lindsey was an active member of the junior Choir and the Sunday School Department. Today, she adores working with the youth and Seniors alike. Most of the young people whose lives she touches, refer to her simply as "Tee-Tee" or Ms. Symbricke. The Senior members absolutely love her and appreciate that she volunteers her time to help them with whatever they have going on in their lives.

Sister Lindsey has a magnetic personality and a radiant smile. People of all ages feel extremely comfortable with her even on their first encounter. She loves living life and being around those who love life as well.
Through her strong faith in the Lord, she strives to share all his blessings with her family, friends and yes, even strangers.

                                                    To Sister Symbricke Lindsey:
Appreciation is a wonderful thing because it makes what is excellent in you belong to those who love and respect you as well. Your sisters and brothers in Christ are very proud to honor you. Stay encouraged and keep doing the good work that pleases God....
